My name is Vito Parlato, I am from Italy. I am not a chef; however, I love to cook. I cook with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and parsley.

Rocky Shore Soup – A Delicious Seafood Soup Made of Calamari, White Fish, Lobster Tail, Gulf Fish Filet, all Prepared with Tomatoes, Garlic, and Olive Oil. Simmered for 40 Minutes. Served with Garlic Toasts.

Bruschettas – Grilled Bread with Garlic Butter, Cherry Tomatoes, Oregano, and Olive Oil. Served Complimentary with all Meals.
